Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke is proud to partner up with emerging Dubai streetwear brand, amongst few, for a ‘Reasonable Doubt’ capsule collection.

At the forefront of Middle East streetwear, amongst few is filling cultural gaps within the region. Founded in 2013, and inspired by the traditional Emirati philosophy of simplicity and function, the Dubai-based brand aims to fold in local culture with premium streetwear sensibilities. Their quality garments take inspiration from Western silhouettes and styles while still maintaining an air of authenticity reflecting the region.

With a discography full of accolades and timeless classics, Jay-Z refers to one particular Record as his personal greatest, Reasonable Doubt. The 1996 LP drenched in soulful production, drug dealing lore and lyrical depth have come to symbolize one of rap’s greatest moments, perhaps Hov’s magnum opus.

As part of amongst few’s deep regards for cultural icons, a mutual conversation was born with Roc-A-Fella co-founder Kareem “Biggs” Burke on his contribution to the cultural and global impact of Jay-Z’s debut record, Reasonable Doubt, the label and its founders shortly followed by a capsule collection conceptualised by amongst few for the Emirate of Dubai.

Consisting of twelve styles, the amongst few ‘Reasonable Doubt’ collection features pullover hoodies, dad caps, long sleeves and various tees. Inspired by the LP’s music, both English and Arabic artwork adorn a variety of garments alongside a mergence of logo flips, co-branded logos, Reasonable Doubt personnel credits and album artwork finished off with both labels signature monotone color palettes and simplified designs as a nod to their respective backgrounds.

Further to the capsule, W Hotel and amongst few will host ‘An Evening With Biggs’ featuring a dinner for 20 and a  global live stream talk with Roc-A-Fella co-founder and Reasonable Doubt executive producer Kareem “Biggs” Burke at the W Hotel, Dubai on Thursday 7th December, 8:30 pm (Gulf Standard Time).
